Pandemic Response 

All staff and students have been provided with Personal Protective equipment (PPE) upon request and all spaces throughout our buildings have been outfitted with plastic barriers, air purifiers, hand sanitizing stations and disinfectant supplies.  Signage has been placed in the hallways to identify the walking pattern and sanitizer locations.  Anyone entering the buildings must complete a Covid-19 Policy Acknowledgement and daily questionnaire.  All guidance provided by the CDC and NJ DOE are implemented in our program.  

Our Buildings and Grounds department is responsible for providing a safe and healthy learning environment for our students and staff located in our 3 buildings across 8 acres in Fairfield New Jersey.

Our focus is to:

· Continuously monitor our locations for quality assurance.

· Complete preventative maintenance and address daily buildings and grounds issues.

· Provide upkeep on all electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems throughout our buildings.

· Develop a long-range facility plan to address capital improvements throughout the program.

· Complete all required fire, elevator, health department, and insurance inspections.

As members of the NJADP, we are dedicated to serving the best interest of our schools and the students we represent.


 Facility Use Policy 

Staff and/or members of the community who wish to use the school facilities outside of school hours and outside of an authorized school activity must request such use in writing to the Board of Directors stating the date and purpose of the activity.  

Only the Board of Directors can issue approval of and authorize the terms and conditions of the use of the school facility by an individual or group outside of regular school activities.  A nominal fee will be charged to cover the costs associated with the use of the facility.

Staff: For concerns with the building, your furniture, or school grounds, please email your supervisor detailing your maintenance request. Your supervisor will reach out to the facilities maintenance department through Brightly, our work order system.
